Delivery Information

Please make sure to leave plenty of time for your order to be delivered. My standard free shipping is Royal mail 2nd class and is not tracked or guaranteed. 1st class shipping is not tracked or guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date and/or wish to track your parcel please choose Special Guaranteed Delivery at checkout. 

Delayed orders will not be considered missing until 7 working days after the posting for 1st class and 10 working days after posting for 2nd class items. 

If you have still not received your order after these timescales please do contact me. I cannot replace orders until these timescales have passed and they can be considered missing.

Processing times

I make all of the items I sell by hand and often to order. I work hard to ensure orders are processed and posted as soon as possible.

Most items are ready to be despatched within 2 to 3 days. Some items that require hallmarking may take several weeks. Please see individual item descriptions for more details. 

Delivery Options 

FREE UK standard delivery, this is Royal Mail second class and takes 2 to 3 business days.

Royal Mail First Class 1 to 2 business days.

Special guaranteed next-day delivery, this service can be tracked and is insured.

Collect from EH52 - if you choose this option you will get an email confirming your order is ready for collection and the collection address.
