Delivery Information

I use Royal mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Special next-day recorded delivery. Most items are posted in a large letter-size box that fits through the letterbox. 

If you need your order by a specific date please consider choosing Special Guaranteed Delivery at checkout. 

Delayed orders will not be considered missing until 7 working days after posting for tracked 24 and 10 working days after posting for tracked 48 items. 

If you have still not received your order after these timescales please do contact me. I cannot replace orders until these timescales have passed and they can be considered missing.

Processing times

I make all of the items I sell by hand and often to order. I work hard to ensure orders are processed and posted as soon as possible.

Most items are ready to be despatched within 2 to 3 days. Some items that require hallmarking may take several weeks. Please see individual item descriptions for more details.

Collect from EH52 -  I can offer free local collection from EH52, if you choose this option you will get an email confirming your order is ready for collection and the collection address.
